Join us for one of our favorite events of the year, Sounders Day, Wednesday, July 19. This party kicks off with a pre-game tailgate on the wonderful rooftop deck of Dell EMC — a short walk from CenturyLink Field in Pioneer Square — before the Seattle Sounders match against D.C. United.  We’ll be wearing our rave green, flying the Sounders flags and showing our geek pride, starting at 4:30 p.m

We’ll then march to the match before the 7:30 p.m. kick off. If you’re not already a Sounders ticket holder or just want to hang with the GeekWire faithful, we’ve reserved a big block of seats, so make sure to bring your yelling voice and cheer on our Sounders as we tackle D.C. United.

Food and beverages will be provided at the pre-game meetup by Dell EMC, our title sponsor of this very special event. More than 400 people attended our last Sounders Day and we’re expecting an even bigger turnout this year. See photos and our recap of last year’s Sounders Day here.

If you purchase tickets to the match, we will have tickets waiting for you at Dell EMC on the afternoon of the event. Please pick them up at registration.

Dell EMC is located at 505 1st Avenue South in Seattle. Enter through the main lobby and take the elevators to the Dell EMC lobby for registration and access to the rooftop deck.

Note to members: Member passes only grant admission to the tailgate pregame party. Members who wish to attend the match will need to buy tickets.

Please note this event is 21+. Also, see our terms of use and code of conduct for GeekWire events.
