Rover logoRover has come a long way since it was founded in Seattle in 2011. The dog-sitting tech company has acquired one of its biggest competitors, raised more than $150 million and now employs more than 230 people.

Rover is also looking to add several engineers to its team as it continues to grow. One open position is for a Senior Software Engineer in customer acquisition, who will work with technology, product management and marketing teams to bring dog owners into Rover’s web and mobile apps.

The engineer will also work to improve the experience for dog owners to drive conversion. This position bridges the gap between technical skill and customer interaction, working with departments across Rover to fine-tune the company’s customer acquisition and improve user experience. Excellent test-driven deployment and test automation skills are a must, and of course the office is hyper dog-friendly.
