Investor extraordinaire and billionaire Warren Buffett’s childhood home in Omaha is listed on Airbnb. And, if you’re a Berkshire Hathaway shareholder, you could win a stay there during the Berkshire Hathaway Shareholders Meeting weekend in May.
As Business Insider reports, earlier this year, Buffett selected Airbnb as one of his favorite investment opportunities. As a guy who is renowned for living more than within his means, Buffett also recommended the service as an alternative to pricier hotels when his shareholders come to Omaha. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Berkshire Hathaway.
This past weekend, Buffett’s pal Bill Gates openly praised his most recent letter, calling it “His Best Annual Letter Ever,” in a blog and video post. “I have read all 50 of Warren’s letters and feel this is the most important one he has ever written,” Gates wrote.
Check out the listing here. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house can accommodate up to six. Outside that dated-looking couch, it’s a pretty sweet house.
