Bellevue-based Concur, the maker of travel and entertainment expense management software, is one step closer to becoming a part of SAP. Concur shareholders today approved the $8.3 billion deal. The vote passed by a wide margin, with 48.6 million shares pledged to approve the deal and just 27,900 against.  The full deal is set to close around Dec. 4, following regulatory approval. Founded in 1993 and led by Steve Singh, Concur employs 4,200 people worldwide, and boasts a revenue run rate of some $700 million.

“This is an amazing opportunity to take what we have and accelerate even further,” Singh said at a conference last month, referring to the SAP acquisition.
