Trending: New York Times report reveals more connections between Bill Gates and Jeffrey Epstein

Cozi, the Seattle startup which helps busy families manager calendars, track locations and find babysitters, has raised an additional $5.7 million, according to a SEC filing.

Last year, the company raised $3 million, and CEO Robbie Cape told us that things were “on fire” at the company as it signed up about 20,000 new members each day. At the time, the company had launched a new premium service, and had raised a total of about $24 million. Backers of the company include newspaper giant Gannett Co. and others

We’ve reached out to Cape for more details on the latest funding, and we’ll update this post as we learn more.

Last year, Cozi unveiled a series of mobile apps, including Cozi Sitter Finder, Cozi Kids Coloring+, Cozi Password Vault and Cozi Family Locator.

Cape — who previously ran the Microsoft Money business — founded Cozi in 2005.
