GeekWire’s Elevator Pitch is back.

Presented by WestRiver Group, this fun startup competition pits a dozen entrepreneurs against one another as they present their early-stage startups in the 32 seconds it takes to get to the top of Seattle’s historic Smith Tower.

In the first episode of our third season, we hear from three founders who are building cutting-edge technologies designed to change the way we work. Here are the three entrepreneurs who take the first ride on the Smith Tower elevators:

  • Amina Moreau, CEO of Radious, an online marketplace that turns houses, apartments and other residential properties into workspaces, rentable by the day;
  • Sarah Haggard, founder and CEO of Tribute, a micro-mentorship app that helps employees build meaningful connections to problem solve in real-time through 30-day mentorships;
  • Prem Kumar, co-founder and CEO of Humanly.io, an AI recruiting platform that uses automation and humans to surface diverse applicant pools.

Once the entrepreneurs arrive at the 35th floor, they face tough questions from our panel of judges: Maria Colacurcio, CEO of Syndio and winner of Elevator Pitch season two; Anthony Bontrager, managing director of WestRiver Group; and Kirby Winfield, a longtime Seattle entrepreneur and founding general partner of Ascend.vc

Find out which entrepreneur will emerge victorious and move one step closer to winning startup glory, in the season three premiere of GeekWire’s Elevator Pitch.

Three more episodes will follow today’s debut, so check back next Thursday for a new episode. The winners of each of our four episodes will face off in an exciting live, on-stage finale, taking place on October 6 at the 2022 GeekWire Summit.
