Discuss.io is targeting a very specific niche: Making it easier and more affordable for companies around the globe to do market research. The startup was founded in Seattle in 2012 by a former Amazon Web Services product manager, and it’s now looking to add new employees to its growing tech team.

One of the open positions is a senior UX/UI designer. The designer will lead and own the UX of one or more of Discuss.io’s products.

They will translate high-level requirements and user scenarios into tangible user interface proposals using the latest design trends and standards. They will also create internal artifacts and help define Discuss.io’s UX vision and strategy.

The designer should be obsessed with great design and be able to empathize with and design for Discuss.io’s business users. The company is looking for someone with at least five years’ experience in designing user experiences for web applications and websites.
