Watching Iron Man himself, Robert Downey Jr., deliver a bionic arm to 7-year-old Alex Pring reminds us that science can definitely be warm and fuzzy, too.

It was part of Microsoft’s Collective Project, which spotlights student innovation. The arm was made by University of Central Florida grad student Albert Manero with his volunteer group Limbitless Solutions.
