Your officemates may love — or loathe — you for this, but here it is: A new game featuring racing and battling drones.

The Indiegogo for the project, called Drone n Base, is live now. As you can see from the video, the little drones connect to smartphones or tablets, which serve as the gaming controls. In the “game” there are multiple awards and traps set along the way virtually that your drone can fly through to help or hurt your standings.

In addition to racing, there is a multi-player mode, so you can actually race and battle teams of drones as well.

The drones have seven minutes of fly time and can travel up to 100 feet. The system is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

With 28 days to go, Drone n Bass has raised $15,000 on its way to a $70,000 goal. An early bird pledge of $125 gets you the basic drone package (one drone, charger, extra battery and propellers).
