Fashion meets function this fall. Kate Spade plans to launch a line of bags that will charge your iPhone.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the fashion line is partnering with startup Everpurse in a new collection to keep your devices powered up on the go.

“The bags themselves are never plugged into a wall outlet, but instead rest on a charging mat, which sends energy wirelessly into a battery inside,” states the Journal.  They will work with iPhones 5 through 6 Plus, and a charge lasts about two days.

The new collection took about 10 months to develop, the retailers said. The collection will be out in September and will include “clutches, wristlets, totes and backpacks,” and will be sold through Kate Spade stores and online, as well as Nordstrom and through Everpurse.com. Prices will range from $198 to $698, according to the Journal.

Everpurse was able to develop the phone-charging purses with the help of a Kickstarter campaign in 2012, in which they raised more than $238,000 thanks to over 1,400 backers.

Not many details or styles are available to view right now, but you can sign up for updates via Everpurse.com.
