How’s this for a paying gig at CES? DISH Network took to the festivities with an opening act of dancing Joeys. Who knows where they found, or who made, these baby kangaroo outfits, but we kind of want to hug one.

DISH was dancing to celebrate a lot of stuff at CES today, including their new Sling TV service we reported on earlier. They also announced their 4K Ultra HD set-top box called the “4K Joey,” designed to offer side-by-side viewing of two programs in HD, so no more watching only one game or reality show at the same time. And they revealed their new Hopper Voice Remote, which they says resembles a smartphone, with a user interface featuring voice control and a simpler touchpad.

All this aside, it might be wise to keep your furry jokes to yourself, at least until cocktail hour. Even so, we’re wondering: Who has more energy, the Joey’s or Steve Ballmer’s classic “Monkey Boy.”
