When things got downright ugly at the Wet Seal store in Seattle’s Northgate Mall, the employees took their protest to Reddit. They posted a picture of the sign they made to hang in the store’s window, listing out their grievances with the teen-geared retailer.

The sign, easily viewed by any shopper strolling past, includes several complaints, including one-day’s notice to find new jobs, no transfers offered, and no sick or vacation hours paid out.

The kicker? They also wrote that the company’s CFO received a $95,000 raise despite the company being on the decline.

The employees thanked loyal customers, but also encouraged them to shop elsewhere. The workers started hashtags #ForgetWetSeal and #BoycottWetSeal, too.

Rumored to be one of the next major teen retailers that might fold, BuzzFeed goes into the main reasons why Wet Seal is failing here.
