SAP’s blockbuster $8.3 billion purchase of Bellevue-based travel and entertainment expense management software company Concur Technologies still must meet with stockholder and regulatory approval. But if all things go as planned, the companies expect the deal to close on Dec. 4th. That’s according to a regulatory filing issued today, which also noted that the final review period for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States will end on Dec. 2. After the deal concludes, Concur — which employs 4,200 people worldwide and has 23,000 customers— will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAP.
