As part of an ongoing plan to diversify its business beyond advertising, Zillow today is launching a new service called Agent Hub that’s designed to help real estate professionals manage sales leads, contacts and other information in one spot.

The new tool includes an analytics dashboard to track listing metrics and access to online training programs and industry news.

“Agent Hub makes it easy for agents to access Zillow’s new CRM platform and other useful services through a singular, focused area, and we will continue to add new tools and services over time,” said Bob Bemis, vice president of partner relations at Zillow.

As it looks to roll out more services for real estate agents, Zillow is on a collision course with Kirkland-based Market Leader.

Zillow obviously has more cash in the bank to make big bets, with a market value that recently topped $1 billion. Given that, I wouldn’t be surprised to see some acquisitions in this arena. In fact, a rumor emerged earlier this month that Zillow may be looking to buy RentJuice for $45 million. Zillow declined to comment on the report when contacted by GeekWire.
