minecraft123Fans of Minecraft all over the world just figured out what they’re doing for summer vacation.

Minecraft developer Mojang announced that it’s going to be holding the next edition of its Minecon fan convention in London July 4-5 this year. The news comes after Minecon took a year-long hiatus during 2014. Microsoft acquired Mojang last year for $2.5 billion.

Mojang will sell 10,000 tickets to the convention in two batches of 5,000 tickets each sometime later this month. That’s up from the 7,500 Minecon tickets the company sold in 2013. It’s also good news for Microsoft, since it shows continued confidence in and engagement with the vibrant Minecraft community that came with the acquisition.

The convention’s agenda hasn’t been revealed yet, but it could contain some surprises: Minecraft was a part of Microsoft’s private demonstration of its HoloLens augmented reality hardware last month.
