The Psychology of AI: Understanding Trust, Influence and Human Decision Making

Mathew Isaac, professor of marketing and Loyola Endowed Chair of Marketing in Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics, on the psychology behind AI and its influence on human judgment.

The session looks at how AI shapes the way people think, trust and choose, covering the role of trust in AI-driven experiences, the psychological factors behind consumer behavior, and how marketers can respond to AI’s growing influence.
