A leaked video of Bill Gates talking about his early encounters with President Donald Trump turned into comedic material for two late-night TV shows this past weekend.

The video which made news last week captured the Microsoft co-founder during an internal meeting with employees at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle. In it, Gates talked about Trump’s confusion between HIV and HPV, among other things.

“Saturday Night Live” wasted no time in going after the president, as actor Alec Baldwin portrayed Trump in a cold open set in a New Jersey diner.

“Let me know if you have any questions,” a waitress asked Trump as he took a seat in a booth.

“I do actually,” Trump said. “Is HPV different than HIV?”

“I’ll give you a minute,” the waitress replied, before the scene became a mash of politics and “The Sopranos” finale with Rudy Giuliani (Kate McKinnon), Michael Cohen (Ben Stiller), Eric and Donald Trump Jr. (Mikey Day, Alex Moffat) and Robert Mueller (Robert De Niro) joining in.

“The Late Show” host Stephen Colbert also got in on the Gates/Trump jokes during his monologue on Friday night (starting at 2:10 in video above).

“I’ve never thought that Donald Trump is the sharpest tool in the shed,” Colbert said. “But I have to admit, I’ve always thought he was a tool. And today we got another glimpse of what the president is like in private from actual billionaire Bill Gates.”

Colbert mocked Trump’s confusion about HPV and HIV.

“He’s talking to the biggest nerd in the world about sexually transmitted disease?” Colbert asked. “What does Trump talk to the porn stars about? … ‘Hey, Stormy get in here, why can’t I open Adobe Reader? I’m afraid I have HPV in my PDF.'”
