Most know Salesforce for its massive customer relationship management and cloud technology. But who keeps all of that data safe?

The Infrastructure Security team is responsible for building the internal software platform that enhances the security posture of its production systems. This team focuses on network security, host security, identity access management, security analytics and encryption.

Salesforce is hiring software development engineers at all levels to work on distributed systems security. These engineers should have experience with Golang, Java, C++, Python, or C# and be excited about building reliable, self-healing services on unreliable hardware.

The software development engineer for this team will be responsible for for designing, implementing and running Salesforce’s services that enforce the data center security posture. They will also be expected to innovate and create value by building a fully-automated platform with single-click policy management for tens of thousands of nodes, and services that self-heal and self-optimize.
