Discuss.io is targeting a very specific niche: Making it easier and more affordable for companies around the globe to do market research. The startup was founded in Seattle in 2012 by a former Amazon Web Services product manager, and it’s now looking to add new employees to its growing tech team.

One of the open positions is for a senior software engineer who will help the company design, evolve, and scale its SaaS video conferencing platform. The work combines AWS cloud services, deployment processes, video conferencing and third party service integrations for a unique technical project.

The engineer will leverage Discuss.io’s ML and AI services to help customers extract insights from the video platform as well as expanding the company’s post-processing capabilities. Applicants should have at least five years of relevant software experience and preference will be given to those with experience at startups.
