The dodgeball court will feature some of Seattle’s top tech companies once again in 2018.

The GeekWire Anniversary Bash — our biggest and craziest event of the year —is coming up on March 15th at the CenturyLink Field Event Center in Seattle.

To celebrate our 7th anniversary, we’ll be hosting our annual ping pong, foosball, dodgeball and Settlers of Catan tournaments, featuring some high-energy action between rival tech companies. Think about it like the Winter Olympics … for geeks.

The tournaments, which draw more than 500 participants, sell out every year and tournament registration closes this Thursday, March 1. Secure your spot today here.

The Bash, presented by First Tech Federal Credit Union, is a place to strut your company’s competitive spirit and have a little fun with other members of the tech community. Teams from companies such as ReachNow, Navigating Cancer, T-Mobile, Tune, Skykick, Geocaching, Rover, Redfin, and Remitly are already signed up, so don’t miss your chance to join the fun.

If you’re not interested in participating in one of the organized tournaments, don’t worry. We’ve got a host of fun activities in store that will fulfill your inner geekiness from VR to sumo wrestling to a board game library to a zipline that buzzes attendees across the CenturyLink Field Event Center.

Nearly 2,000 people attend the GeekWire Bash, and we hope you can make it, too! General admission tickets are on sale here, and just a few tickets remain for our popular tournaments.

A big thanks to this year’s title sponsor: First Tech Federal Credit Union.

Also, thanks to Xiamen Air, the zipline sponsor; Avalara, the arcade sponsor; OfferUp, the sumo wrestling sponsor; T-Mobile, the dodgeball tournament sponsor, Sirqul, a bar sponsor, CenturyLink, our VR zone sponsor.
