Early-bird tickets are on sale now for the 2018 GeekWire Awards, the biggest tech awards show of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. Nearly 1,000 geeks attend this festive evening on May 10th at Seattle’s Museum of Pop Culture, celebrating the innovations, technologies and people who are helping to shape the future.

We received hundreds of nominations over the past two weeks from some of the region’s most cutting-edge companies, organizations and technology leaders, and our panel of judges are now deliberating to help us winnow those nominations down to five finalists in each of the 13 categories. Community voting will commence a week from today on GeekWire, and continue through April 27th. We will then announce the winners live on stage inside MoPop’s awesome Sky Church.
Make sure to grab your tickets here, as the GeekWire Awards sell out every year.
In addition to the Awards ceremony, attendees will be able to check out the museum’s newest exhibit — Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes — and get access to the post-Awards party. As always, a few special surprises are in store.
One of the most anticipated and hotly-contested events of the year, The GeekWire Awards celebrates the best of that the regional tech community has to offer. Past winners have included Tableau, Zulily, Tune, PopCap Games, Smartsheet, Arivale, OfferUp, Brown Paper Tickets, Black Dot, Avalara’s Scott McFarlane, AI2’s Oren Etzioni, The Riveter’s Amy Nelson and many more.
