Tune, the fast-growing Seattle-based mobile marketing analytics company, announced two big additions to its leadership board Monday: former Oracle exec Ryan Buma joins the company as its Chief Commercial Officer and Simply Measured exec Leila Kirske will serve as its CFO.

Before joining Tune, Buma served as the global VP of Oracle Marketing cloud for two years and formerly served as VP of mobile communications company Twisted Pair Solutions and assisted in its sale to Motorola. Earlier in his career, he spent five years as Microsoft’s director of marketing and business development.

He is also an investor and advisor to several digital marketing and online commerce startups, including Seattle-based FoxCommerce.

Kirske served as CFO of Simply Measured for almost three years before joining Tune. Her resume also includes stints as CFO of EMC Isilon’s storage division, IoT solutions provider Bsquare and software company Varolii. A press release from Tune notes that she brings experience with IPOs to the company, which is privately held.

“The energy, passion and experience that Ryan and Leila bring to TUNE are inspiring. As CCO, Ryan brings a unique combination of market expansion and operational excellence that will be instrumental as we enter a new phase of growth,” Tune CEO Peter Hamilton said in the release.

“After an extensive search for the perfect financial leader, I’m very happy to welcome Leila to the team. Leila is a savvy, strategic financial leader with deep roots in the technology industry. In addition to being great at their jobs, both Ryan and Leila are wonderful people and I’m very happy to welcome them to the team,” he said.
