Greythorn, a Seattle-based recruiting firm focused on technology positions has been acquired by national consulting firm Vaco. With the deal, Greythorn, which has operated in Seattle for 18 years and specializes in finding the right candidates for roles focused on big data and open source, will become Vaco’s Seattle office. Selling to Vaco will allow Greythorn clients access to additional consulting and staffing resources. For Vaco, the deal gives the company, which has more than 30 offices in the U.S. and Canada, a foothold in one of the top tech hubs in the nation.
