Time is of the essence when you’re in the hunt for a place to live, especially in hyper-competitive markets like Seattle. You might as well have a real estate app on your watch.

Trulia has added an app to the Samsung Gear S3 smartwatch as it continues to expand the ways in which users can stay in touch with their real estate search. The Zillow-owned company says it’s a convenient way to “easily browse through nearby homes, receive timely notifications about listings, and view property details.”

Among the highlights, according to Trulia:

  • When strolling through a neighborhood, quickly turn the Gear S3’s bezel or swipe to view nearby listings, thanks to built-in GPS.
  • If you see a listing that interests you, easily browse through photos and review details. The watch’s AMOLED display allows you to clearly view photos while outdoors.
  • The app provides neighborhood information, including a listing’s school and crime ratings.
  • Easily contact an agent for a home you love by tapping the “Call an agent” button in the watch app and it will dial the agent from your paired phone. The built-in speaker and microphone allow you to carry on the conversation straight from the Gear S3.
