Featured speakers on the agenda for Oct 4-5 include Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, who will discuss the changing winds of the online travel business; Peggy Johnson, the executive vice president at Microsoft who oversees strategic partnerships for the software giant; Jeff Jordan, the former PayPal and OpenTable executive who leads investments in Airbnb, Pinterest and OfferUp for Silicon Valley venture capital powerhouse Andreessen Horowitz; and Nathan Myhrvold, the controversial and bold-talking CEO of Intellectual Ventures.
We’re also excited to announce that we’ve added a slate of new speakers to next week’s agenda, including some of the top technology reporters in the country who will kick off this year’s Summit with a media roundtable.
In the opening session on Oct. 4th, we’ll be joined on stage by Nick Wingfield of The New York Times; Jay Greene of The Wall Street Journal and Mary Jo Foley of ZDNet who will share their perspectives on what’s hot in tech, and what’s not.
That session will be followed by a panel discussion with three top millennial entrepreneurs — Ben Gilbert of Pioneer Square Labs; Leen Kawas of M3 Biotechnology; and Richard Wang of Coding Dojo — who will discuss how they see the world and the technologies they think will transform their lives.
In addition, we have two amazing parties in store — the Welcome Party at Zillow, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 3rd, and the Opening Night Party at the amazing rooftop deck at Frolik, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Oct. 4th.
