If imagining yourself in a world of dinosaurs has always been your jam, this video game is for you.
ARK is a new game that puts you into a world filled with Triceratops, Stegosaurus and T Rex. You will run, fight, hide, ride and live among the dinosaurs in a multitude of scenes, from deep in the jungle to oceanside beaches.
“As a man or woman stranded naked, freezing and starving on the shores of a mysterious island called ARK, use your skill and cunning to kill or tame & ride the leviathan dinosaurs and other primeval creatures roaming the land,” reads the game’s description on the site. “Hunt, harvest resources, craft items, grow crops, research technologies, and build shelters to withstand the elements, while teaming up with or preying upon hundreds of other players to survive, dominate…and escape!”
You can sign up for the “early access” launch to play the game as it’s still in development. It will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Steam Windows/Mac/Linux on June 2.
