Lego fans will geek out over this — a company has created larger-scale pieces of the building blocks so you can build real life-size, usable objects.

EverBlock‘s modular building blocks allow you to create almost anything you could with Legos. Blocks can easily be put together to create furniture, walls, art installations and more.

The blocks come in four styles, 12 colors and don’t require any other parts or tools to assemble objects. You can purchase them separately or in “packs,” with prices starting around $5 per piece.

Founder of the New York-based company, Arnon Rosan knows a thing or two about startups and building blocks. He started Signature Systems Group, a manufacturer of modular plastic flooring, fencing and roadway systems, and is the creator of Portafloor, modular flooring systems used at stadiums and major events.

“Whether it’s in balsa wood, plastic, foam core or paper, I love to shape things and I am fascinated by what people can conceive of, if they open their imaginations,” Rosan says on the EverBlock site. “I hope that EverBlock opens ups opportunities for designers and inventors, both professionals and individuals and provides the basis for new types of innovation and creation.”
