WRE_stacked_colorHome-improvement data startup Porch has reached a partnership with Windermere Real Estate to provide its Porch Home Report, including detailed home-improvement project history, for listings on Windermere.com and websites operated by Windermere agents.

It’s similar to a partnership struck by Porch last year with Realtor.com, the official site of the National Association of Realtors.

In addition to providing the online Porch Home Report, the partnership will let Windermere agents subscribe their clients to receive Porch home improvement content. In Seattle, where Porch is piloting a mobile booking and payment system for home improvement projects, Windermere agents and clients will be able to use the Porch booking service.

Windermere has 7,000 agents and 300 offices across Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Mexico. Porch is aiming to roll out similar partnerships with other real estate companies across the nation.
