I love it when uber-famous yet secretive people finally land on social media. Especially when they probably have nothing to do with their accounts.
As the world’s fascination with all things Duke and Duchess of Cambridge continues, Prince William and Kate, and let us not forget Prince Harry, announced their Twitter account this morning. Mashable reports that they had 6,500 followers within an hour. As of now, they’re up to 48,000 followers. And with a mere 21 tweets.

Let this not detract from the most intriguing Twitter account that ever existed, that of Prince. The Great Purple One has since deleted his Twitter and Facebook accounts, according to Billboard, but he followed no one.
