So, Jimmy Kimmel was in the Halloween and Star Wars spirit last night. Dressed as Princess Leia, Kimmel sat down for an interview with Harrison Ford, a.k.a. Han Solo, who was dressed like a hot dog.

Of course Kimmel prodded Ford for any details about The Force Awakens, but Ford held his ground, not saying much.

However, he did give Kimmel the backstory on one interesting tidbit from the first trilogy — he wanted Han Solo killed off.

“I asked him [George Lucas] to ask the writers to kill me off because I thought that it would be good that the character who appeared to have not-so-much of a complex, interweaving with the theme of the Force and all that good stuff… I thought it would be good that the character would, if he sacrificed himself in some noble way.”

Earlier this week, J.J. Abrams gave a few more clues as to how awesome this movie is supposed to be, including talking about why Luke Skywalker isn’t in the trailer or on the movie poster.

Ford simply told Kimmel jokingly: “There wasn’t room.” But he did say this about the new movie: “Trust me. It’s really good…You will not be disappointed.”

Last night, Kimmel also announced that the Nov. 23 show will be entirely dedicated to Star Wars: The Force Awakens. What can be better than Han Solo as a hotdog? We’ll have to wait and see.
