In addition, we’ve just added a panel discussion on what it is like to transition from a big company to a small startup — since we know there are thousands of entrepreneurial people locked in big companies who are looking for find a way out. That panel includes Buuteeq co-founder and former Microsoft general manager Forest Key; SkillJar CEO and former Amazon.com senior manager Sandi Lin; and Acumatica CEO and former Microsoft corporate vice president Jon Roskill.

Also, just eight slots remain in the Startup Demo Zone — a great spot to showcase your emerging company and get advice from top venture capitalists and entrepreneurs. Three entrepreneurs from the Demo Zone will be picked to present their business ideas live on stage at Startup Day, getting feedback from our illustrious VC panel and earning a chance to win passes to the Launch Festival in San Francisco.
