Hundreds of geeks attend the GeekWire Game Night at the Spitfire in Belltown.

We’ve got a lot of fun in store for our annual GeekWire Game Night event, taking place Tuesday, Nov. 17th from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Spitfire in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. (2219 4th Ave.).

game night logo 300x250Make sure to arrive on time, and enjoy the fun as we’ve got a packed evening of activities, including our annual Settlers of Catan tournament and a short trivia competition based on the latest tech headlines on GeekWire.

In addition, my mom, Sallie Cook, will be organizing a couple tables of bridge — for those analytically-minded folks who love to play Bill Gates’ favorite card game.

If you’ve got a favorite game, bring it along, or simply come out and meet the GeekWire team and other geeks at this informal networking event.

Plus, we’re excited to announce that our game night sponsor — the Amazon Web Services Kumo Software Team — will be raffling off two sets of tickets for the Seattle Seahawks-San Francisco 49ers game on Nov. 22.

gamenight142321A special note for Settlers of Catan players: We’ve got a big contingent of Catan fanatics coming out on Tuesday, so if you have an extra copy of the game, please bring it along. Just email me at john@geekwire.com and let me know if you can bring a copy. Also, make sure to show up at 5:30 p.m. to participate, and get placed at a table.
