Comedian Steve Martin wasn’t about to sit on the sidelines today as the Twitter universe was overrun with news of Microsoft’s Windows 10 launch.
Martin has already shown us he’s willing to live tweet just about anything — and apparently that includes load screens.
He upgraded his computer this afternoon, and posted satirical progress reports all along the way. Or at least we hope it’s satire — or Microsoft has even more bugs to work out of Windows 10 than we thought.
Staring at my Windows computer: "C'mon baby, update!"

Apparently Martin didn’t take the time to read one of many walkthroughs on how to get started.
Now downloading Windows 10 from the website. My heart's a bit broken that it wasn't automatic.

Good thing Microsoft is all about user feedback this time around. I’m sure they’ll take that into consideration in the future.

I’m sure we can keep an eye out for Martin’s full review later, but in the meantime here’s what GeekWire’s James Risley had to say about his Windows 10 experience.
Microsoft has yet to issue any comment regarding Windows 10-induced Bill Gates holograms. We’ll probably have to wait for HoloLens to find out about that.
