Are you ready for some geek trivia? The correct answer is yes!

We’re taking over the Sptifire bar this Thursday night for a fun-filled evening of trivia, networking and tech talk. Join us from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., and see which team possesses the most useless geek knowledge.

Just to whet your appetite here are a couple warm-up questions:

—Who told graduating University of Washington students this month: “There has never been a better time — opportunity, opportunity, opportunity?”

—What is the name of the computer that young hacker David Lightman penetrates in the 1983 movie “War Games?”

Come out Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. to test your knowledge against other members of the GeekWire community, and maybe even walk away with an awesome prize or two.

Trivia teams will be formed on site. You can sign up with friends in advance (note the special group rate below) and show up to form a team together, or come on your own to meet and compete with new friends.

Tickets available here.

Thanks to our fantastic sponsors — Avvo, Greythorn, Groupon and Filter — for helping to make Geek Trivia night possible.

Editor’s note: If you can’t make it this Thursday, make sure to mark your calendar for GeekWire Sounders Day on August 20th, the best rooftop deck tailgate party in soccer. Details and tickets here
