Redmond-based SolutionsIQ announced today that it has acquired BigVisible Solutions, creating what it calls “the largest and most experienced Agile consulting firm.” The firm will now have more than 150 agile consultants.
“By combining two groups of experienced Agile experts, we significantly increase our ability to meet the needs of Fortune 500 customers with geographically-dispersed operations,” said SolutionsIQ CEO Charlie Rudd. The acquisition also gives SolutionsIQ a significant presence in the Northeast.
Agile software development is a method to develop products and services quickly, using early delivery and adaptive techniques that are frequently-changing.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SolutionsIQ also has offices in Portland, San Jose and India.
