pvzPlayStation owners who have wanted to play Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will now be able to do so later this summer.

Seattle-based PopCap Games announced today that it will release the popular game for both the PS3 and PS4 on Aug. 19 and open up pre-orders today.

Garden Warfare originally launched on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 in February, and will arrive for the PC next month. The game, one of many popular titles in the Plants vs. Zombies franchise, features 24-player multiplayer action and 4-player co-op missions.

The PlayStation version will include “Boss Mode,” a companion feature that allows gamers to use their PlayStation mobile app for a top-down view of the playing field. This was something previously exclusive to the Xbox One.

The PS4 game will play in 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second and support split-screen co-op. You’ll also be able to use the Remote Play feature on PS Vita to play on-the-go.
