Looking for a gig? This could help: LinkedIn has released a list of “The 25 Hottest Skills That Got People Hired in 2014.”

Pro tip: Learn some statistical analysis and data mining.

To develop the list, the professional social networking site says it “analyzed the skills and experience data in over 330 million LinkedIn member profiles. If your skills fit one of the categories below, there’s a good chance you either started a new job or garnered the interest of a recruiter in the past year.”

Other key takeaways included targeting some areas in the global market as well. If you have these skills, you’re pretty much golden: Science, technology, engineering and math; data (storing, retrieving and analyzing); knowing a second language; and experience in technical marketing.
