tweetacoffee1Here’s something that coffee-crazed and tech-mad Seattleites will certainly love. Starbucks is launching a new partnership with Twitter called Tweet-a-Coffee which allows customers of the coffee store chain to buy $5 gift cards for friends on Twitter.

At that point, users simply Tweet @tweetacoffee and add the Twitter handle of the person they want to receive the gift certificate. The first 100,000 people who sign up for the program receive a $5 eGift card. The beta program is only available in the U.S.
