Fast-growing Appature, the six-year-old Seattle startup led by Kabir Shahani, has moved to more spacious offices in Seattle.
The new offices, located at 1633 Westlake Avenue North, overlook Lake Union. (Correction: I’ve corrected the description of the neighborhood where Appature is now located).
The company had previously been located in downtown Seattle in 15,000 square feet of space. The new offices have 19,000 square feet.
“Having a fun, open space that supports collaboration among our technology team, client-facing team members and partners was a key factor in selecting the right location for us,” Shahani. “As we continue to grow within the industry and work with larger clients, it’s imperative that our space supports our needs, from functionality and productivity to consistent connection within the team.”
The healthcare marketing startup, which raised $6.1 million last summer from Madrona Venture Group and Ignition, now employs 55 people. Its cloud-based software is used by various healthcare companies to better track and enhance marketing campaigns.
