WildTangent is making it easier for some Android customers on Sprint to play its games through a deal being announced today. As part of the arrangement, WildTangent has created a new Sprint ID pack for WildTangent games, meaning customers of the carrier can now get a more immersive game experience as they play titles such as Age of Zombies, Bonsai Blast and Pocket Ants.

New games are added to the ID pack daily, and Sprint customers can play titles for free or rent them for a short period of time.

“Sprint has created an innovative way for consumers to personally connect with their mobile devices,” said Sean Vanderdasson, senior vice president at WildTangent.  “Consumers these days are looking for quality and variety in their entertainment options.  Through the Sprint ID pack, WildTangent will enhance the mobile experience and provide the best choices for game play.”

Sprint ID is a service for Android-based devices, allowing customers to easily find content that matches their lifestyle. Sprint now boasts more than six million ID pack downloads across 12 capable devices, including special packs for Disney, ESPN, E! and Nascar.

This marks the second carrier partnership for WildTangent, following an earlier deal with T-Mobile.
