Garry Tan is the co-founder of Posterous, a company that makes blogging incredibly simple.

This presentation on the product driven state-of-mind was one of the most retweeted from StartupDay 2010.  Everyone was talking about how to hate (the problem), ship (the solution), love (your customers).  Before co-founding Posterous, Tan worked at Microsoft and his talk was incredibly inspirational for those still working for large techcompanies.

We will post a new video from the StartupDay conference everyday Mondaythrough Friday for the next few weeks.  Previous videos can be found on our tv page.  All of the slides are alreadyposted on the Seattle 2.0 SlideShare page.
