A week after about 60 employees of Seattle-based Moz were laid off, new employers have come calling thanks in part to a #hiremoz hashtag and hiremoz.com, a centralized website to showcase those affected.
As of Wednesday morning, about 22 former Mozzers are featured on the website in categories such as engineering, marketing, UX and design, business development and more. Profiles with images list former positions and provide details on job experience as well as links off to personal websites, phone numbers, Twitter accounts, LinkedIn pages and so forth.
The site’s about page says that hundreds of jobs have been tweeted and some folks have begun interviewing.
LISTEN UP & SHARE! Digital, SEO, content, community, & beyond. Sad news to see 28% of @Moz staff laid off. Know of GREAT jobs? ? #hiremoz

GeekWire reported last week that the 12-year-old maker of marketing software was cutting 28 percent of its workforce as part of a broader initiative to refocus on search engine optimization as other parts of the business have lagged.
[Editor’s Note: Moz is a GeekWire annual sponsor.]
