T-Mobile's "recruiting truck"
T-Mobile’s “recruiting truck”

T-Mobile is looking for 100 new tech workers by the end of 2015, and the company said on Monday it’s bringing in some reinforcements to make sure it’s able to snag the talent.

T-Mobile’s “recruiting truck” will hit the streets of Seattle and Bellevue — the company’s headquarters — starting today. In a blog post on Monday, T-Mobile assured potential hires the truck would be stocked with coffee, tea, Uncle Seth’s Pink Cookies and “other fun giveaway surprises.”

This is just the latest in the Seattle arms race for tech talent as competition rises to new heights.

Amazon is hiring more workers than ever before, big-shot companies like Apple are setting up shop here and even startups are starting to make some appealing offers.

It all means it’s a good time to be a Seattle job-seeker, but get ready to pull out all the stops if you’re going on a hiring spree.
