Ticked-off customers of the Coolest Cooler should take note — the coolers are supposed to start shipping tomorrow, according to the Portland Business Journal.

If you ordered the Coolest Cooler you are probably familiar with the dilemma. As we reported last December, the most-funded Kickstarter campaign at $13.3 million as of last August promised folks the coolest cooler ever — complete with waterproof bluetooth speaker, built-in blender, serving stuff, cutting boards and more.

Over 62,000 people backed the project by Portland, Ore.-based Ryan Grepper, which was scheduled to deliver in February. Grepper updated backers last December already, saying the delivery date would likely be July.

Grepper also published this update via Kickstarter in June, which if you ordered one, you should read: “Even better, this means every Coolest Cooler we ship will include ALL the upgrades we’ve made for free. This means you’ll be getting a fully decked out $485 Coolest Cooler. Yep, they’ll be retailing for $485, but as a Kickstarter backer you got one heckuva deal!”

Most Kickstarter backers, who originally snagged the Coolest Cooler for $200, didn’t seem impressed by Grepper’s update. In fact, most of the comments were along the lines of the backers still being “disappointed” by the lack of a cooler.

While the Coolest Cooler people promise to start shipping tomorrow, those shipments might take a bit: “Every week we’ll keep making more and more, and shipping them to you as fast as possible — just like we’ve laid out in the last few updates,” Grepper writes via Kickstarter.

If you missed out, you can still order one here.
