Zillow is now powering a U.S. real estate search service for leju.com and other apps and sites operated by China’s Leju Holdings Inc. — rolling out the Seattle-based company’s first international partnership. The service is designed for investors and homebuyers in China who are interested in properties in the United States. Zillow first announced plans for the partnership in April. Financial terms of the arrangement weren’t disclosed.
