trulia-pngReal estate agents need tools that can keep them in touch with their clients, especially in today’s mobile-driven market. That’s why San Francisco-based real estate company Trulia has created a service it’s calling Trulia One, which will provide agents with a free customer relationship management (CRM) service tailored to the real estate market.

Like other CRM platforms out there, the service is designed to make it easy for agents to keep track of potential leads that they have gathered, and stay in touch with customers in order to move them towards a home sale or purchase. It’s a mobile-ready service that will deliver alerts to agents while they’re on the go as well as sitting at their desk. What’s more, Trulia One allows agents to pull in leads from a variety of services, including Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com.

Agents who want additional features can pay $99 for Trulia One Elite, the service’s premium edition. Throwing down some extra cash gets users access to tools that can create print and online marketing campaigns, as well as a personalized website. Elite users will also get a special badge on their Trulia profile along with a single free featured listing.

Trulia One is based on the Market Leader platform that the company acquired last year, and that Trulia continues to operate. Earlier this year, the Market Leader division got rolled into Trulia proper, and underwent some layoffs to eliminate positions the company saw as redundant.

Trulia CEO Pete Flint has said that he sees great potential for growth when it comes to providing tools to real estate agents, and today’s announcement is clearly another step in the company’s ongoing move to provide agent services online.

Zillow, which is in the process of acquiring Trulia, also offers customer relationship management tools for real estate professionals.

In fact, in yesterday’s earnings call Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff stressed some new tools to help agents manage sales leads.

“The new features are designed to help agents respond faster and more effectively to every contact they receive through Zillow,” said Rascoff. “The app also allows agents to easily manage their Zillow contacts, their profile and listings on iOS and Android.”

People who want to try Trulia One out for themselves can go and sign up for the company’s preview here. The preview should open in December of this year, and Trulia predicts that it will be made generally available to all comers in early 2015.
