And you thought your job was bad?

An actor hired to wear a Donkey Kong suit at an event at the Los Angeles Zoo is suing Nintendo after suffering a “serious heart condition.”

The actor, Parker Mills, says he was denied breaks or an ice pack to cool down inside the hot gorilla costume. Nintendo hired him to promote “Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D,” on May 24, 2013, at the zoo, according to his attorneys.

The lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleges that Nintendo’s ambassador “failed to provide the proper oversight,” as reported by the Los Angeles Times. His attorneys say that Mills suffered torn aortic walls and had to undergo surgery to implant a permanent heart defibrillator. The Times reports there’s been no response from Nintendo yet.
