More than 275 vacation homes of all sizes are available to rent – from beachfront to the bustling town center, and the serene farm district. Guests will find everything from small cabins and cottages that sleep two, to homes suitable for up to 22.
They vary in size and style, and include private hot tubs, pet friendly lodging, extended outdoor spaces, EV charging stations, and outdoor showers as possible options. With remote work being so popular these days, many homes are well equipped for those that want to “work from the beach”.
Coming Soon
The town continues to grow and add new merchants, amenities, and hiking trails. Fresh Foods expanded market, a 13,000 square foot gourmet grocery, will be completed this spring along with a new Fitness Center, 25-yard heated outdoor pool, and large hot tub and sauna in the South Farm neighborhood. A retro-style arcade with a focus on all the favorite games of the 80’s is set to open in summer 2023 on Front Street along with a barber shop in the town center. Seabrook also recently announced it’s newest neighborhood, Fernwood, situated east of the South Farm District directly adjacent to mountain bike trails. It will offer expanded garden lots, a bike café, several pickle ball courts, and parks.
A ”Work from the beach” Itinerary
A recent guest shared a day in the life of working remote from Seabrook. “My days started with an espresso and pastry from Vista Bakeshop, followed by either a trail walk or beach run. From there I’d retreat to my vacation home and set up shop for a day of meetings and productivity. It was great to be able to step out into nature between video calls. For lunch I’d grab a quick bite at Blue (the avocado toast and BLTA wrap were my favorites) or to-go burrito from Koko’s. After I logged off for the day, I played pickle ball (with an ocean view!) and even tried winter surfing. Evenings were a quick stop at Rising Tide or The Stowaway Wine Bar for a drink before heading home to cook dinner and a hot tub soak before bed. Highly recommend.”
