Daniels Real Estate and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) jointly announce a listing agreement for Gridiron Condominiums in Seattle, a 107-unit community located in Pioneer Square’s Stadium Place neighborhood.
RSIR, the listing firm for Gridiron, is reintroducing the remaining 40+ marquee condominiums as part of a “Kickoff Homeownership” campaign that features special-offer financing.
Development company Daniels has secured a forward commitment with HomeStreet Bank that provides homebuyers with the opportunity for 3.5 percent down payment, first-year mortgages that start at 2.5 percent, second-year mortgages at 3.5 percent and then third year through remaining term at just 4.5 percent interest rates. Under these unique terms, an urban one-bedroom home (650-sq. ft.) offered at $566,900 would require less than $15,000 down payment (plus closing costs) and first-year monthly payments of $2,667 including principal, interest and HOA dues. Jones appointed listing broker Moira Holley and co-listing broker Scott Wasner, both co-founding members of RSIR and top producing agents in downtown Seattle condominiums. The listing team will be assisted by Anton Krivenyshev, Matt Kaiser and Gina Speer and supported by an integrated marketing team led by Vice President of Marketing, Andrea Savage.
The boutique 12-story community includes the historic restoration of the 115-year-old iconic Johnson Plumbing Building. Daniels hired the award-winning firm Hewitt Architects to design the new homes with iconic concrete, steel and glass architecture. Pioneer Square-based interior designer Jennie Gruss created industrial-chic urban one-bedroom, one- and two-bedroom flats and lofts (622 – 1,726-sq. ft.), which are being offered from $566,900 to $1,099,900.
