30+ CBD Brands Use Our Extract, Here’s Why

There are tons of different ways to get the extract you need to start a CBD brand. On the surface, it can seem like each manufacturer provides similar results, but you’d be surprised how many top CBD companies prefer to use bulk extract from companies like GVB Biopharma.

Extracting CBD on your own comes with a lot of uncertainty, but the right bulk extract producer provides the dependability and stability hemp brands need to thrive. After discovering GVB Biopharma’s firm commitment to purity, compliance, and fairness, more than 30 top CBD brands have chosen our company as their supplier. Here’s why.

1. Proprietary extraction process
The GVB Biopharma difference begins with our next-generation cryogenic extraction process. Developed in-house using the best methods available, our process ignores the water-soluble components of the hemp plant to specifically target usable substances like cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids.

To transform this crude extract into perfected distillate, the GVB production process continues with a custom-fabricated short-path distillation system. Rather than relying on obsolete tech used by other cannabinoid producers.

The resulting honey-like distillate is then subjected to a special THC-removal process that we also developed in-house. Once complete, our distillate is at least 99.9% THC-free. Alternatively, we also process distillate into cannabinoid isolate, which takes on a powdered form. GVB produces 99%+-pure CBD and CBG isolate.

Instead of waiting for the industry to provide solutions, the GVB Biopharma team meets tomorrow’s challenges today with active R&D efforts. It’s our focus on research and development that gave us our lead in the global cannabinoid industry, and GVB will continue to reveal the way forward with next-generation engineering and processing breakthroughs.

2. Compliance standards
Many cannabinoid producers still labor under the false impression that the industry is lawless and unregulated. However, the hemp extract market is rapidly becoming normalized, which is why GVB Biopharma has taken proactive measures since our inception to remain in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

In addition to ensuring that our products stay compliant with the current state of cannabinoid law, GVB also adheres to all federal, state, and local licensing requirements. We were one of the first Oregon processors to receive food-grade certification, and we also follow GMP standards for documentation and operational structure.

It’s the norm within the industry to actively avoid regulatory oversight and shun transparency. At GVB, however, we encourage visits from both the public and regulators at our production facilities, and we have requested third-party auditing for later this year.

Furthermore, GVB follows applicable fire safety and OSHA compliance standards. Staying compliant is one of the most difficult aspects of CBD product manufacturing, and our clients trust our extract because we go the extra mile with safety and compliance instead of settling for the bare minimum.

3. Experience
Led by executives and advisors with decades of experience in business and the global cannabinoid industry, GVB Biopharma leverages real-world experience with extensive scientific know-how to deliver a business model that consistently puts us ahead of the competition. While other companies were still figuring out how to remove THC from CBD extract, GVB was already producing CBG distillate and other new, non-intoxicating cannabinoid extracts.

We partially attribute our success in the field to our comprehensive knowledge of both hemp and business. The cannabinoid industry can often be exploitative and unrewarding, but the genuine value we provide our clients has allowed our reach to continue expanding expeditiously.

4. Popularity
CBD companies that have chosen to use GVB Biopharma as an extract supplier have experienced heightened success and a wider reach. Popular brands like WYLD, Cookies and CBD Medic rely on GVB due to our transparency, traceability, and strict compliance with all regulatory and certification standards.

While some bulk extract providers prefer to do business behind a shroud of secrecy, we put everything on the table at GVB Biopharma. Each of our extracts are traceable from seed to sale, and we even offer tours of our facilities to demonstrate that our methods are fully compliant and on the level. The continued growth and prominence of our partnered brands speaks to the reliability and quality of GVB Biopharma extract.

5. Pricing
As the cannabinoid manufacturing industry evolves, inefficiency becomes increasingly less acceptable. Competition is driving prices downward, and if your processes can’t keep up, you’ll rapidly be out of business.

By employing the latest advancements in processing technology and remaining in compliance across the board, GVB Biopharma keeps prices low for our entire catalog. At the same time, our products provide better reliability, purity, and customizability, adding exponential value.

For hemp investors who want to start brands from scratch or existing operators seeking better quality, finding a pricing structure that promotes fairness and reciprocity is key. At GVB, we understand that we thrive when our customers thrive, which is why we strive to make the cannabinoid market accessible to entrepreneurs who want to make a difference.

GVB Biopharma is a vertically integrated, global leader in the ever-growing hemp industry. We prioritize cannabinoid research, industry innovation, and traceable quality control. GVB operates two state-of-the-art facilities: a 30,000-square-foot food-grade hemp processing facility in Central Oregon and a 40,000-square-foot white-label consumer product manufacturing facility in Las Vegas.
